1. Damaged Items: We understand that receiving a damaged or defective item can be frustrating. That's why we offer hassle-free returns and refunds for such instances. Simply contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order, and we'll promptly replace the damaged item or issue a refund.
2. Wrong Size: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased in the wrong size. We highly recommend referring to our size guide, available on each product page, to ensure the correct fit before making a purchase. 3. Custom-made: Our products are custom-printed accordingly to our customers needs which means that we can't accept returns purely out of will (section 11, item 3 of the Swedish law (2005:59)). There must be a cause for a refund (ex. damaged delivered product, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or a lack of quality of the delivered product).
